My friend wanted to disabled the seat belt sound because he refused to wear it because we were only going a couple blocks to the gas station and the sound was annoying him. Asking my bf, he told me YOU CANNOT DISABLED the seat belt sound. Its not possible and you can't. I believe if the car is made for it, then it will stay that way.
