I'm not a fan of mental meds (unless the person is bat**** crazy.....then by all means do anything!) because I feel like they can allow you to avoid problems instead of just face them.
Same never been a fan of meds, i tell myself I will never do it...but this has been happening on and off for a few years so idk

Unless you take advantage of your apportunities now, and do whatever you can to make the most of your future, then this will be your only choice.

Keep thinking of this everytime you feel unmotivated.
Damn this made me feel a lot worse lol...Funny thing is i do have a job like that(pizza place) lol....And beleive me I want to better myself and I know the importance of school and stuff now...which is why im so bent out of shape as to why im like this and i wanna fix it...I am not just unmotivated in school, its everything. I have to make myself get up in mornings even on my days off...I am just unmotivated on life and looking for my drive back

I have friends that took adderrall just to study for finals and went to taking it every time they had an exam to every time they had to do any homework. Basically, it is very addicting drug and it may end up ruining your life.

I felt a bit depressed after finals (esp. after knowing I may fail a class, which I still don't know if I passed), but I put my mind on other things. Do you play video games? If so, go and get a new game. Go hang out with family and friends more. GL
Yeah I hear a lot of kids taking that and other drugs for exams...I was never a person to drink or do any drugs, i would feel weird taking it. I would only do this as a LAST resort. I just bought forza 3 haha

I have taken many scripts that have helped in the short term. However, your body tends to build up a tolerance to these drugs and needs more of them over time to produce the same effect. The scripts that are addictive are very hard to give up and can have serious side effects. Research your family history for depression. Seek advice from a doctor. Keep your friends and family informed about your condition.

I would assume that you are young. The last thing you want to deal with in your life is an addiction problem. I have seen it ruin many lives. Depression is serious, but can be treated without medication. I wish for you the very best. Keep us updated on your progress. Remember, you are not alone!
Thats the thing every damn drug has to have a side effect. I would only use it if it started to help me get better, then i could stop and continue. I dont wanna only feel good when i am on it....Last thing i want is dependence on anything

But if you are feeling really depressed (thinking of suicide), you NEED to go see a Doctor. Sometimes these things are just biological and you may need to get medication or other help.
I was like this a few months ago so I took up MMA...Its great i still do it, but my diet fails. I work at a pizza place so i eat that a lot...drink a lot of caffine and my sleep schedule is the most effed up thing evef. I think a bout suicide sometimes, I would never actually do it, im really religous so i cant but i do think it would be easier that way sometimes
