Alright guys, thanks for your help. I just had to change the broken foglight from the driver side. I did follow the college hills instructions and had all the bolts from the grill, sides of the bumper, and bottoms off. When you peel the bumper off, there is hinges below the headlights that the bumper is attached to. Just carefully try to pull it off slowly. The bottom plastic bolts are a PITA. They were stuck with gunk and sand so what I did was used a small thin flathead screwdriver to get the centers of the bolts up and a little loose (getting the flathead under the bolt and turning it 90 degrees)..then used a bigger flathead screwdriver to pry and pull them off (sometimes turning it 90 degrees to get them further up). Seems to work the best for me. Thank you for all your help!
