degunk then with a shot of wd-40 and with a bit of persistance, a smaller flat head screwdriver, your wishes will come true. Depending on where you live, You probably have a bunch of gunk clogging up the stem of the anchor. The best way to pull the center pin out of the anchors are to stick a flathead screwdriver until it hits the stem and just turn the screwdriver 90 degrees. That should be enough.. or get a panel tool.. has a V groove in it.
