Hello I'm new here and I have a few questions about these HIR Bulbs.

First, I have not seen anybody confirm that these bulbs that can be had at the John Deere dealers are the Toshiba branded bulbs or not. Has this been confirmed as my John Deere dealer in my area can still get them? Also, will these work in the previous body style civic (2005). I realize the 9012 style will fit the 9006, but my concern is with the headlamp itself. Below is a picture of the headlamp. If you notice there is what appears to be a reflective cover over the low beam bulb. Will this impair the HIR bulbs performance? Thanks for any help.
