I have to buy new tires to fit these don't I?
Are there any other forged rims that are this lightweight that come in 17x7?

"Rec. Tire Size:215/45-17" = Stock tire size for Si.
Volk Te-37's are forged and 14ish lbs. Why do you want thin wheels?
