The lower front and rear tie bars have nothing to do with your camber. Camber is the angle of the wheel/tire to the ground. The more you lower the car, the more adjustment is needed. The tie bars add to the rigidness of the suspension, thus helping it to act as one solid unit as I understand it's function.
