Hey,

I have searched but could not find anything regarding mirrors and how to replace the 'casing' or 'shell'

I currently have the black plastic look going on, but was going to order some shells/cases for the body color of my civic, I am not sure how to go about removing the plastic and then adding the metal colored shells...

I don't want to replace the WHOLE mirror, just the casing/shell that is colored the same as the car, depending on the model.

Is that confusing?
