Thanks guys!!! I was able to wire my auxiliary connector on my 2006 Civic DX, thanks to this thread!

For cosmetic reason and resale value, I've decided to use a 3.5mm 3-Conductor Closed Circuit, as opposed to have a wire sticking out of the dash. I also did the auto-detect wiring (I don't recommend to always have the Aux connection on - looping pin 5 and 6).
