found a shift knob that doesnt sag the boot!!! there at advance auto. its a silverish-gold knob, 15 bucks, and looks really good, it had a screw bottom and luckly with a little "A** into it" you can screw the knob into the top of the plastic clip ontop of the boot. just push and screw and it stays great! plus its alot smaller than the OEM shifter (my preference) ill put a pic on here too, its dark but u can get the idea of what it looks like.
