You did not mention the part about when you placed your order you were asked what you wanted the true 3" or the 2.5" flange you chose the 3".

You called and mentioned that u are putting it on a stock header. Now we told you to send the part with the flanged are and we would change it for you no additional charge. You did not send it back to us and called two weeks later upset. Once I spoke with you; you stated that u misunderstood what was told to and that you did not want to waite the time need to send it in to us and have it corrected. As an option I mentioned that you could have a local shop do this for if you were in a rush.

I knew this was not the case and asked them to just fix their error and get me the parts I needed. They were never sent. Further emails were not returned. Even the manager would do nothing to help me out. I ended up selling the exhaust for a loss of $400 to someone who was willing to modify it to make it work. I have never dealt with a company so unwilling to correct a mistake when they clearly were at fault:Mad:

Now correct me if i am wrong but when u called you started by asking questions about the turbo kit before the exhaust and you order the exhaust and said that you will be ordering the kit later on.
