I'm waiting on some electronics that I'm going to be hideing under the center console, so I have not gone though the trouble of putting the entire thing back together, just ot have to rip it back out on Monday.
I have however been driving it, and I'll be the first one to admit that something I came up with sucks. I made a goofy part a while back, and it sucked, and I let everyone know that it didn't work out. The shifter being an inch further up feels great, like it was meant to be there in the first place. Since the shift knob movement is higher, shifting is more of a push pull, rather than trying to move the knob along the the floor. It's hard to explain, but I'm 5'9" and it works out great.
I'm on my way to the garage to put the console in and take some pictures; it's time to finish this one up.
