Yeah really... I mean they cancelled THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars in orders that I had to pay back to the customers -- I lost out on the sale, the profit, and I had to eat the 3% CC fee related to the orders and on 3600 supercharges those fees add up quick, It was an overall really bad loss and bad week for me. If they did this to me and others because they were "canceling" an 800 number I'm even more pissed off.
