I spoke with the customer today that started this thread before I was able to see this post. Everything was all worked out and the package is scheduled to deliver with UPS to his house today. When he called he mentioned not one word about being upset or anything in regards to this post. When I pulled his file to give him the information on the status of the delivery I noticed the order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago. I apologized for the hold up and explained to him that it was unacceptable that he should have to wait that amount of time for the delivery. I then offered the customer free shipping and wholesale cost on his next purchase to hopefully make up for the inexcusable hold up. He seemed to be happy with this and everything should be worked out at this point. Keep in mind guys we do not always have control over when something ships out, a lot of the time if we don’t have the items here we have to count on the manufacturer or distributor to ship out in a timely fashion in our behalf. If you have an issue like this there is always someone on the other end of the phone willing to try our best to end the situation with you as a happy customer.
