My theory is still that the tune was done on a car that didn't have the production kit installed, it was the prototype. When they changed all the little things it caused all of the problems.
And the running rich at idle thing could be caused by a few things.. quite simply the tune was for 630cc, and ajp is giving out 650. That by itself seems like it would cause the richness as idle. As far as esx005 running 10.5ish at idle he also is only at like 6 lbs of boost, when the tune is clearly for 8.5 lbs of boost. He also hasn't installed his vacuum block yet which will lean it out a little bit. I think that when he gets that installed and ups the boost to where it's supposed to be, he'll be idling around 11.5 - 12 too.
His plugs are fouled too.. and I'm afraid that he's going to change out the plugs before installing the block and upping the boost.. causing more fouled plugs.
That's how I see it, at least. idk. Maybe marvie can chime in on this, or better yet toni.
