i have had great customer service w/ ajp. it just takes them a while to get parts to you. the few troubles i have had have been resolved quickly and i have always gotten a hold of them when i neede to.i understand that there are a few people that have bad experiences w/them,i just thought that it is good to hear from the people that have had good ones as well
