Changing to Amsoil MTF significantly improved the 3rd gear notchiness I was experiencing in my '07 FA5. There's still a slightly exagerated resistance when shifting into 3rd gear on a cold morning (as compared to the other gears), but it's 10x better than it was before. Amsoil FTW!
