He tried taking off the cubby hole panel where the DC converter and line-in plug-in is, but when he pulled the whole front was pulling too so he didn't know if it was one piece.
I'm bummed
He says taking off all those clips and stuff correctly for the big dash piece around my steering wheel could take half a day..
What have you guys been doing? MAINLY: How do you take that hazard light out?
Thanks

Yes, you have to remove the top and bottom steering column covers, the lower driver's side dash, upper driver's side dash, and the radio dash section, in that order. The hazard button is fastened by two Phillips-head screws from the back, which is why the dash has to come out unfortunately.
This is what your dash will look like part-way through
It took me about an hour to take it apart because I was still trying to figure out how it all came apart, but putting it back together took less than 20 mins. If I remember correctly there are only one or two screws in the panels (except for the steering column covers), so the clips make everything come apart and go back together fairly smoothly.
