Oh damn i forgot to mention this to you. I had the same problem. The ground and yellow wire on the scosche harness are reversed. Switch those two around. And the fuse you blew is under the hood. I forget which one it is. I also blew this fuse and was going crazy because my car was acting weird and my H/U was not working. So switch the black and yellow wires.
