Save yourself the pain
Leave the relay harness in the box, you don't need it, especially "just because"!.
And no the kit does not include instructions. It is a generic relay harness kit, and as rule of thumb for its installation is that if it is not obvious how to install the harness, you should leave it well enough alone.
All you will do is introduce something into the equation that gives you more chance of having problems later on. You will gain no advantage to duplicating the OEM harness and its safety systems.
