Because someone asked if he was ***, alluding to the fact that only a *** man could be as awkward in wooing a female.
That's simply not the case. Most *** men are prying the women out of their hair. Heterosexual men would be wise to consider becoming metrosexual. I think most women would agree.
And as to what you edited your post to say, my response is because others often like to bring it up and twist the meaning of what it really is. And I'm not about to let untrue stereotypes perpetuate this forum as to homosexuals. If you have a problem with it, don't start the problems to begin with.
