I don't know if the sidekick plays mp3s, but if it does, you can used some software called audacity that lets you cut out clips of songs, and then send them to your phone.

I have an mp3 phone with Bluetooth, and my computer is Bluetooth, so I just cut a clip that I like then send it via Bluetooth to the phone, it is great! I can change my ring tone everyday if I want to.
