Either way I don't see much use for this "Elite" version, but I'm sure some people will just eat them up. The perks:
Comes in Black (meh)
HDMI (should have had this to begin with)
120 GB Storage (not really needed, but could be beneficial in the long run. My problem is the fact that it comes as a Microsoft only format. Unlike the PS3 which lets you use any SATA / laptop HD or even an external HD with a bigger GB capacity for a fraction of the price).
No HD-DVD Player Included (is this because Blu-Ray is outselling them 3-1? Way to stand behind your product Microsoft).

Why would the bundle HD-DVD with the 360 when they only recently released the attachment? If they actually did that, it'd be shootin themselves in the foot... They'd be cutting into their own sales which is stupid. If you've noticed, none of the other stuff that is included in the Elite exists as a separate addon right now... The 120 GB HD and the HDMI cables which will be released after the Elite is released will make more money since the non-Elite owners will want to have the same capabilities as the Elite. So there's a reason why M$ didn't add the HD-DVD into the Elite...
Sure it'd be nice for the consumers, but why would M$ wanna divide their sales? The only way this can be justified is if they marked up the Elite even more... But then people wouldn't buy it, would they?
