If you look on their website you will see that they have so many products listed. Over 100 pulleys in fact. They are constantly working on different pulleys and its not like they only build Civic stuff. Good things are worth the wait. And if they contracted the work out to someone else how would you know that the products would be built to proper specs and held in check?
And you don't have to pay $250 for their kit. $125 + $88 = $213. Buy them now and get a free idler. You can't beat that.
