I have a concern about my suspension. The ride has become harsher compared to when it was new. I told the service guys and they took it out for a test drive and told me that's normal.

I've noticed when going over speed bumps, it is normal to hear that "squesh" sound when the shocks are depressed, but I don't here that anymore. The rear just rattle a bit when I go over the bumps sounds like the shocks are bottoming out or something. It doesnt feel like a full blown shock though...could it be a leaky shock? How can I test it and confirm the problem? Overall, the car has become a little more bumper, especially when it hits small pot holes. When going over the railway tracks, the car just "bangs" onto the tracks instead of absorbing the shock, I can't explain it in writting..u gotta be there to hear it.

Any inputs?
The tire pressures given on the door jamb labels say 32 psi front and 29 rears on both EX Coupe and SI.
