Finally drove an Si

I have been in the market for a new car for a while now. I looked at the Nissan Altima, but it was around $32,000 loaded. I looked at a Malibu SS and hated the look, but loved the low end torque. I drove the 07 Camry, but was not impressed. I was pretty much set on the new Sonata since I was scared away from the Si since I did not know how to drive a stick. Today while driving home from work I decided to stop by a Honda dealer. The salesman was very cool and the dealership was top notch. I took a 2 door EX out for a spin and in the back of my mind I knew I would regret buying it. My heart had been set on the Si when I first jumped into the new car market. I told the salesman about how I really wanted an Si, but could not drive a stick. When arrived back at the dealership he told me to have a seat and he would be back. When He came back he told me to follow him. Parked outside was a brand new black Civic Si with the driver's side door wide open. He told me to jump in. I gave me about a 3 minute rundown of driving stick and told me to start the car. I stalled on the first attempt to get the car moving. I came off the clutch way too fast. I got the car on the street and we drove to a low traffic area. He spent about an hour teaching me how to drive a stick. The Si was a whole new animal compared to the EX. I loved everything about it. The car also had a black leather interior that was installed by the dealership. I am a die-hard Galant fan so I am going to go test drive the Rally Art Galant, but I am certain that the Si is in my future. Do to this salesman's excellent customer service we will probably be buying my Si coupe, my mom's Si sedan, and my woman's Accord from him. For anyone in the Chicagoland area this happened at Valley Honda in Aurora. The salesman's name was Anthony by the way. Just thought I would share my great experience at the dealership with you guys.
