Here's the only part i mest up, added too much adhesive and went through, anybody know a quick fix?

There is no way to fix it. You are gonna have to peel it off and get a new piece. When you apply adhesive make sure you wait 5 min before applying the fabric. The acetone in the glue needs to evaporate out of it or the glue will bleed through. I accidentally messed mine up the first time had to redo it for this reason. No biggy its a learning experience.
