i understand where your coming from but id like to point out the INSANE amount of people who complaine about the si being slow or torque-less and blah blah blah. . . the new si is the best si ever made by honda with out a doubt. ANYONE who knows what honda is about will agree with that point. those of us who knew EXACTLY what we were getting when we bought our cars are perfectly happy with them and i still get butterflies everytime i start mine up. . . there is a HUGE difference in spending money on a product that you have researched and KNOW will produce results compared to throwing money at parts based solely on "reputation". you are BEGGING to be disappointed with such a mindset. . .
imo i want to see some of this " 2 years worth of R&D" done to design this intake . . . you would think that with so much research done there would be TONS of info floating around about this intake (specifically for the si, we all know what it did for the s2000 and rsx but face the facts, we dont have either of those cars 1. and 2. this intake was designed from scratch so it would stand to reason that its characteristics and behaviors will be different)
