The max PSI on most tires are around 51PSI. You can safely use this amount of pressure, if you are carrying the maximum load in your car. Example, 5 passengers, and trunk full of suitcases and golfbags. The max Load on are cars are roughly 800KGs i think.

Either way, you can safely run 50PSI if you are carrying more weight in the car. but make sure to measure tire pressure when its dead cold. the tire manufacture takes into account how much a tire expands when hot, and that is how they came up with the max psi number when the tire is COLD.
