unless you have a PDA phone with windows mobile(which the sidekick doesnt) you pretty much have to buy the ringtones. On some phones there are ways around it like programs that convert mp3's to .midi files, but this is only with certain phones. Look on amazon.com or go to bestbuy and see if you can find some "ringtone maker" software cheap that will work with the s3
