I just installed a ZEX System and a few other goodies. My mileage went down from 25mpg to about 23.5 mpg

I guess it's difficult to keep the foot out of the gas with the Great Sounding Vibrant Exhaust and the ZEX

This is mostly City driving too and rush hour stop and go (emphasising on STOP) Never taken a long Highway trip so I have no clue what the Si is capable off on long trips. Maybe 28-29 mpg but I don't think much more.
