In the lower to mid range maybe. Im not 100% sure when the AC turns off in an Si but it feels like in the 4.5K range when i drive spirited in my Si. On a dyno i can see it making less power up to that point but once the compressed clutch disengages, it should make the same power in the top end.
What kind of moron would dyno the car with the AC running unless its for scientific purposes.
Show me the dyno sheet of the 20hp loss from start to redline.
