If you wire like the diagram you are installing a 2nd relay to do the same function as the existing one. I went to school at the Acura/Honda apprenticship program in Toronto so I have a bit of knowledge with cars. Also I work in the Honda engine plant in Alliston, ON and discussed this with several licensed technicians that work in our repair dept. They all came to the same concensus Honda would not design a vehicle that would allow that much current to go to the Key switch. So installing a 2nd relay is redundant and consuming power.
Also I wired in a toggle switch to be able to turn the key on and off in case my switch fails.
