It didn't have a problem sticking at all. My EZPAss and RD are stuck to the dots. And I was able to slowly pry one of the fasteners off when I mis-aligned it the first time.
Also, the Dual-Lock is unobtrusive when I had to rip down the RD when the cop pulled me over
