If you search the forums, you'll find this has been discussed multiple times. Don't try to powershift 2nd too much. Stay around 7500RPM on powershifts if you must PS 2nd. Otherwise, a nice, smooth shift into 2nd at redline will be the best you can hope for to be consistently on the shifts.
