Us "REAL" cops dont worry about such things which do not contribute to the delinquincy of sOciety. I am a cop and I have a modded civic which breaks each of these rules lol, but then again In Louisiana we have Catch "REAL CRIMINALS" who commit "REAL CRIMES" wish I was that bored that all i had to do was get people for enjoying their vehicles.
