you will not have any issues with the 225 40 18's if the car is not lowered ... honestly .. even with a milder drop (hfp or h-tech) it will have no issues ... its just that the drop is so much and with the 18s .. you get a slight rub occasionally

go with the 225s ... tires are more plentiful in that size and cheaper as well
