i just hit 50k miles on my 06 ex and when i change my oil its usually pretty dark, i like to change my oil before it gets really hot in the spring and really cold in the winter, i usually change oil bout 3 times per year. i am averaging 37 to 38 mpg. mostly highway miles though. its been consistent for me so far.
