I did mine all by my self.... jack, jack stands, and your basic tools. Only thing other than basic tools (if you don't have already) a breaker bar, pb blaster, and swivel heads (wish i had these!!). BUT, if you have access to a lift or at least have someone to lend you a hand, do it.
Sliding the old header out and new header in was a freaking breeze. The parts that took me the longest was all the steps in between lol....no space and being on your back doesn't speed things along. Not guna lie, took me about 4hrs doing it by my self with some breaks.
I suggest you print out this DIY to have it handy.
