this is very true, i have an MTX TA7801 (rated at 1200w RMS but easily puts out 1500w RMS) powering 2 10" 8500's. when i really turn up the bass at night my lights dim way down. i'm installing a kinetink battery and beefing up all of my ground wires soon. if that doesn't take care of it, which i don't think it fully will, i'll also add a beefed up alternator...
