My Custom Sub Enclosure(Spare Tire Well) LOTS-O-PICS
here are some pics of the prep work:
Started off with the blue painters tape, then added the foil
Then I had to make a backing to give it the form. I used a piece of wood and screwed it into the trunk.
Sorry I dont have any pics of the fiberglassing process but my wife had the camera in another state
This is the mold after completing the fiberglass.
Then i had to trim away the extra glass and form the MDF and add in the mount for the sub because im doing a flush mount:

Finished the sub box now I need 2 amps and a cap and I can finish the amp rack.
UPDATE:
New Sub and the JLw3 is awesome blows my diamond D6 outta the water
I will constantly update this thread as I make progress. The next step is a little more fiberglass in a week spot and then carpet. After that I can begin to work on the amps, but first I need to purchase another amp.
