I got them from this seller. 2009 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L New Foglight Kit, OEM:eBay Motors (item 120433626353 end time Jul-11-09 16:53:34 PDT)

It came pretty quick and was the cheapest I can find them
239 with shipping.
If you do bing (live) cashback then you can get about 20 bucks back and if you are a member of ebay bucks then another 4-5 bucks can come your way. Thats what I did and I installed them myself to save probably another 200 bucks. Very easy to do!
