There is a chance it will be ok, but there can be problems when going to higher wattage bulbs.
The bulbs will draw almost twice the amperage of the 55W bulbs. They will run hotter, which can be a problem in small foglight housings. You have to make sure the housings are rated for 100W bulbs otherwise you can overheat and damage the foglights.
This higher amperage may also require a higher fuse. It's not hard to install a higher amperage fuse, but if the circuit isn't designed to handle it then you can have problems with wiring and connector damage. The bulbs will probably draw between 8-10 amps each. If the circuit isn't designed for 16-20 amps constant, then you could have a problem.
