I did mine last September which was almost a year after I got the car... but I think that it may have been dumber than that... I probably just looked at the bolt, saw the hole for an allen key and assumed I needed it

As for the swaybar... ugh... there's a few nightmares. Problem number 1 was that Progress didn't ship my swaybar with the non-Si adapter parts, so I had NO idea they were required... plus I went through about 3 gallons of WD-40 trying to get the stupid rusty endlink nuts off
