How do u cure Wheel hop?

Ok so I went to the Streets of Willow this past thursday with AE Performance. And I was getting some real Nasty Wheel hop all over the track. For those that know the track, I was MOSTLY getting the wheel hop in the bowl, as well as the last turn in the skid pad area.

Now, to be honest, I cant say that this is wheel hop cuz quite frankly, I have never seen a deffinition of wheel hop. But I have heard some people talk about it, and this seems like it. So to describe what im feeling/hearing. This "wheel hop" occures when I am in Mid turn, and im full thottle on the gas. I feel as though the engine wants to push more, but the force of the car turning is preventing it from going anymore. So in result, while im turning, I feel and hear the engine rev'ing up a little, and then going down, then back up, and down. But it happens fast. Imagine the tach bouncing off the rev limiter. Kinda like that. But im only at about 5-6k RPM's . And its bouncing like that.

This affects then car because while im turning, the force of the engine "hopping" is causing the car to get unstable from it slightly accelerating and slightly decelerating and a constant rate.

So my question is, why is this happening, and what do I need to do to fix this?

----------------------

Here is my settup:

Engine:
apex N1 catback
T1r test pipe
custom ram air intake w/ K&N air filter

Suspension/wheels/brakes:
skunk2 Pro-c's 12k front , 10k rear
dampers set to full stiff in the rear, 5 clicks from stiffest in the front
progress 22mm rear sway bar
alignment (camber) = -2.5 front ... -2.3 rear
Volk TE37's 17x7.5
Nitto NT01 225/45 R17
air pressures = 35 front, 30 rear (all cold)
porterfield R4 front pads, R4s rear pads
stainless lines
ATE super blue racing fluid

I gutted the interior, no rear seats, no front passenger seat, no interior trim panels from the b-pillars and back, no spare tire or trunk liner.

I also have an APR front wind splitter

I have skunk2 14k rear springs in my garage, waiting to be installed if that is what needs to be done.
