I have this intrmittent grinding noise the is coming from somewhere in the engine bay. I really wish there was a way to record the noise

The noise usually happens durin idle or lower rpms. Well I might not be abe to hear at higher rpms as well.
But in general it sounds like it is coming from one of th pulleys. The reason for this is because when I take off my drive belt and let the car run the noise seems to go away. I have aready changed my tensor pulley bcause it was making noise and I thouhgt it was it so... I mean the tensor pulley was messed up anyways after I took it off you could clearly see it wobble. I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble with thier pulleys at all.
I only have 37,000 miles on the car my pulleys shouldnt be going bad this quick but who knows. Any USEFUL input would be appreciated.
