Not to be a debbie downer but............
I think its ridiculous that the moderators can remove posts about 'getting rid of the seatbelt chime' but people get rid of one of the most important safety features on these cars and its just completely fine. I understand it is a cheap mod and is easy, but what happens the one time someone moves your car for whatever reason and puts it into a garage door, parking block, gas pump, PERSON etc etc etc. And say you DO have remote start and the car is left in gear. Then you have a 2700pound run away car. Regardless of how well you know the car is in gear, the safety switch is a critical part of idiot-proofing a manual transmission car.
Don't think im a dick, just wanted to throw it out there!
