Okay, my powder coater just called me back. He can do each caliper for $40.00 each. Unfortunately, It will have to be completely torn apart. ie: seals, pistons, etc. How involved is this process? The down time is not a problem because I do have a second vehicle.

Is there a caliper for sale out there that is already powder coated for around $200.00?
