Wow you must have a freak on your hands. That's excellent gas mileage.
The best city mileage I have ever gotten was 25mpg. Actually I always get around 25mpg average with mostly city driving. Never drive Highway for long periods or time. But I think I would get 28-30 Highway tops.

Question. What's a FP60?
