Step 1: DISCONNECT your battery! Then take off the glove box. There are 3 10mm nuts that you'll have to remove. Then unplug the airbag then start pushing up. It is a p.i.t.a. because there are about 20 plastic clips holding it to the dash frame. Be careful if you have to pry against the dash. Use a shop towel and a wide metal or plastic putty knife. Fairly easy overall, just scary because you don't want to scratch or dent the dash.
